This day is always a special day for the church family and a good day to get visitors to church. Encourage every child to invite their mother to church. Send invitations home with the children. Start four of five weeks in advance so they can make arrangements to be there. This is a great opportunity to get the parents of bus kids to church. Every mother should get a gift. Special gifts can be given to the oldest mother present, the youngest mother present, and for the mother with the most children present. Some churches draw names for giving special gifts to mothers.
